County Board Committee Meeting on District Maps

The committee meeting is being held to confirm the new district maps. The current maps that have been proposed are in violation of 3 constitutional laws in the state of Wisconsin. 

The maps are in violations of compact district laws, they are beyond the 10 percent limit of population deviation, and they unconstitutionally divide communities of interest including in District 8 represented by Supervisor Rodriguez. 

The map that is voted on at this committee meeting will go to the full County Board for a vote on the 15th.
