Hosea 4:6 Alliance began in the fall of 2020.  On a beautiful sunny day in September, Bonnie was walking her neighborhood and praying for the November election.  She saw a Presidential Candidate sign in a yard and decided to knock on the door.  Amy  answered her door and a discussion began about the up-coming election. They began to ask, “How do we know if the people running for office in our district share the same Christian values as we do?"  They realized that with so many races, it's hard to keep up with all the candidates and their views.  Bonnie and Amy decided that there needed to be a way to keep people informed about issues that affect our Christian beliefs especially when we head to the ballot box. It was suggested to have a meeting of some like-minded people to discuss how we could make sure our voices are heard. To their surprise, 16 people came to a gathering which turned out to be very enthusiastic and empowering. A couple people volunteered to create a website and Hosea 4:6 Alliance was formed.  Isn't it funny what can happen when 2 people share what’s on their hearts and move forward in 1 small way!
